Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer, Kristi Schaefer, R.N., B.S., CBIS-CE, brings years of knowledge and experience in the brain injury community, combining skills in neurological rehabilitation, health care marketing, and community service.  She recently became a Clinical Examiner for the American Academy of Certified Brain Injury Specialists.

She is past president of the Oregon Head Injury Foundation, past president of the Brain Injury Association, Portland Chapter and founder of the Oregon Medical Case Management Group.   She has worked for several brain injury rehabilitation organizations, both locally and nationally.

William McMillan, MBA, serves as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. McMillan has years of experience in health care administration, including hospital administration, managed care contract negotiation and mobile health care services to rural hospitals.
