NeuroNet will provide expert clinical evaluation services for survivors of brain injury, written treatment plans with specific functional outcome goals, funding negotiation, placement services, case management and transition management as the client progresses through his or her recovery. Clients will be placed in specific Centers of Excellence, network providers who have been carefully screened for quality of care and professional services. Families and payers can be assured that the survivor is placed in the best possible setting to achieve the best clinical outcome.

NeuroNet network affiliates will also provide those services that are needed, but often not recognized as part of the rehabilitation process: life care planning, special needs and financial planning, adjustment-to-change coaching and ADA accommodations remodeling for home and worksite.
